Breathwork is an incredible healing modality that can have immediate profound healing effects. The process of Embodied Breathwork helps release tension, stress, and anxiety, it heals trauma, and allows you to access deep clarity and wisdom.
Most of us experience stress, tension, anxiety and have emotional or physical trauma on some level, which can restrict breathing and hinder our capacity to feel. As a result we often develop mental and muscular tension that can endure for years causing all sorts of physical, emotional and mental issues. Embodied Breathwork sessions support you to consciously release tension, anxiety, stress and trauma to enable greater aliveness, freedom and connection to others as well as yourself.
Embodied Breathwork is a modality I have developed combining over 20 years of body work experience and Breathwork practices. This unique process offers a held space for getting out of the mental “story” we are often stuck in, expelling the negative energy and freeing up our ability to heal and feel.
Embodied Breathwork integrates deep connected breathing with conscious touch, movement, music, sounding, emotional release and meditation for intuitive healing where and when it’s needed the most.
